The Ourgh Aznag Cooperative was thrilled to participate once again in the International Agricultural Show in Morocco (SIAM) in Meknès, 2025. This year's edition marked a new milestone for us as we unveiled a brand-new product: saffron-infused argan oil. Presented for the first time to the public, the launch was a resounding success. Visitors were intrigued by the innovation and impressed by the product's quality and versatility, confirming its potential on both local and international markets.
Building on the experience we gained at Grüne Woche Berlin earlier this year, our stand at SIAM 2025 was bigger, better, and more refined. We applied all the lessons learned from past events to create a space that was inviting, informative, and immersive. The result was an engaging experience for attendees that highlighted both our traditional saffron offering and our exciting new product.
One of the most memorable moments of the event was the attendance of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of Morocco. Seeing him at the show was a true honor and a testament to the significance of SIAM for Moroccan agriculture and innovation.
SIAM 2025 also brought with it the joy of reuniting with fellow exhibitors and partners we had met during our journey to Berlin. These connections, built across borders, were strengthened through shared experiences and mutual support. Together, we exchanged ideas, celebrated our progress, and envisioned new paths forward.
The week was filled with opportunities, laughter, and unforgettable memories. From meaningful conversations with potential clients to heartfelt reunions and fruitful networking, SIAM 2025 reaffirmed our mission and vision. We left inspired and energized, more confident than ever in our role as ambassadors of Moroccan saffron and natural wellness.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain grateful for platforms like SIAM that allow small cooperatives like ours to shine, innovate, and connect with the world.

Their efforts aim to improve product quality and expand saffron's presence in both national and international markets.
